SHIPPING 

Your items will be shipped within 3-4 days of your order placement. 

Shipping within North America begins at $7 with expedited and tracking options available. 

Shipping is free for all orders over $150 all of the time! 

Local: If you live in the Winnipeg area and would like to save on shipping, please use code "localpickup" and you will be notified with pickup location and turnaround time.

RETURNS 

If you find that any product is defective you have 30 days to return or exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. Please note that all sale items are final sale and no refunds or exchanges are available. 

To return or exchange:  Email hello@roseanddoll.com and let us know the reason for the return or exchange, please include pictures if possible. We will be happy to assist in the return or exchange for a new item as quickly as possible. 

WRONG SIZING EXCHANGE POLICY (WOMEN'S ITEMS ONLY)

If your item doesn't fit properly please email us within 30 days of purchase at hello@roseanddoll.com and we will be happy to exchange for a different size (if available). Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs.
